Apple is seeking a Fab Operations Engineer to oversee the production and development of panel displays for our award-winning products. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in advancing the forefront of panel development with a company that is renowned for innovation in the industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production and optimizing the operation flow for display development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, and take ownership of production and project planning.


Key Qualifications

Experience in TFT, OLED display or semiconductor manufacturing, with a strong understanding of manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multi-functional teams.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and dynamic environment.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take on new challenges.

3 years above of experiences in manufacturing or project management

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus

Experience in production planning or project management is a plus.


Description

As a Fab Operations Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing production planning, project scheduling and allocating resources in line with project goals.

- Coordinating production logistics and quality control processes.

- Leading all aspects of production running, resolving first-line issues on the production line.

- Monitoring, analyzing and visualizing manufacturing KPIs and to optimize production line operations.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery.


Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
