Job Summary

NZXT is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee our production and processes in our production facility. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures, equipment, and plant layout involved in the manufacturing process. The duties include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency and planning factory layouts to optimize production. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and polished

communication skills. This role will require daily decision making to keep up with the fast-growing pace of NZXT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, schedules, methods and other data and then provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable management to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process.
• Maximize efficiency by optimizing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization
• Evaluate and develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors.
• Complete design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
• Testing new and existing production procedures.
• Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training.
• Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality
• Ensure that the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations.
• Align the processes and procedures with all NZXT sites.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience of assembly or PC hardware production is a plus
• Problem-solving ability
• Strong organization and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• 5+ years of experience
