Position Impact

In our team, we would like to encourage members to focus on some projects but still spend some time involved in other projects, because it can help members to get the whole picture of the Gogoro network, and understand the status of each team member. In our team, the member would be in charge of:

• Design and Implement the new feature the enhance the existing product.
• Design and Implement the feature for the new product to create new value for the product.

Responsibility and Expectation

• Focus on the field and try to analyze the data to identify the next enhancement target.
• Think about the design to improve the product, and think about the different technologies to help the improvement.
• Collaborate with different teams to discuss and design the feature change.
• Design and implement the code and try to use some test framework to keep the code quality.
• Manage the version control, CI/CD and release of new programs.
• Manage cross-functional team discussion for embedded software development.
• Design, implement and verify new ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical - Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Thorough knowledge of C/C++ language programming.
• Experience in the field of computer science, with experience in data structures, algorithms and software design.
• Knowledge on processor or microcontroller architectures.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ambitious to develop innovative embedded systems to provide better and better energy service.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with peripherals like 1-Wire, SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, USB
• Experience with wireless communications like WLAN, BLE, NFC
• Experience with programming under OS like RTOS, Linux
• Experience with Git
• Experience with CI/CD, Software Test
• Experience with IOT, Battery Management, DC/DC Converter, WLAN Product
• Experience with Functional Safety
• Experience with Algorithm, Security, File System, Network Application
• Experience with SQL
