Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Electronics Engineer for our Taipei office. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work both onsite and remotely, making it ideal for talented engineers seeking a stimulating and adaptable work environment. As an integral member of our team, you will lead and execute key stages of the electronics development process—from PCB design and prototyping to firmware integration and testing—across a range of exciting projects in automotive controls, consumer products, and sports equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead electronics-related activities, including PCB design, schematic layout, and prototyping, while adhering to international quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet client specifications and elevate user experience.
• Develop and implement firmware for product functionality and testing, ensuring robust performance across varied conditions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and refinement on prototypes to ensure all electronics components meet reliability and durability benchmarks.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for next-generation products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools (such as Altium Designer, KiCAD, or similar) and experience with schematic layout.
• Basic knowledge of firmware development in C/C++ for microcontrollers, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating robust, innovative solutions.
• A proactive approach to teamwork, with excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
