E-Commerce Manager

Principal Accountabilities:

• Drive EC Sales and develop EC business, sales target achievement
• EC campaign planning and execution
• EC platform exposure maximized and page maintenance
• Platform relationship maintenance
• EC order control and supply chain communication
• Communication with brand and principle
• Data analysis
• Customer service and after service

Experience:

• Familiar with EC platform/EC business
• Digital marketing/Social media
• Experience in 3PM/ Beauty industry is a plus

Requirements

• Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites
• Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context
• Experience using packages like Excel and Photoshop
• Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files)
• Familiar with data management
• Previous experience of website or e-commerce
• Proficient in English speaking and writing

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above
