Your Role:
Manage and provide leadership of distribution department Taiwan, which includes warehouse, import and export, transportation and logistics, safety & quality.

Lead development and implementation of distribution and transportation policies; development of models, procedures, and processes for planning of distribution and transportation activities.

-Distribution
Lead development and implementation of logistics, distribution and transportation policies, development of models, procedures, and processes for planning of distribution warehousing and transportation activities to ensure effective, efficient, compliance and safety operations with high service standard.

-Budgeting
Take responsibility for setting and managing area budgets so they align with organizational strategy.

-Improvement/Innovation
Take responsibility for developing and delivering change management plans and achieving outcomes that support the organization’s overall strategy.

-Business Planning
Develop and gain agreement to annual business plans for a function or substantial business area, ensuring alignment with strategy; manage strategic client and customer relationships. quantify business outcomes (i.e., revenues or other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); detail expense and headcount budgets; and develop business cases for key projects, ensuring cross-functional integration.

-Leadership and Direction
Communicate the function’s strategy and its relationship to the organization’s mission, vision and values; clarify the actions needed to implement it within the area of responsibility; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve the organization’s business goals.

Who you are:

-Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree or Equivalent Level in Logistic, Supply Chain, Business Management or Engineering
-10+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or distribution and over 5 years managerial experience
-Experience with ISO14001, ISO45001, OSHA environmental regulations, chemical safety, Six Sigma Blue Belt certification (or higher) preferred.
-Dangerous goods regulations certified, and CSCP/CLTD is a plus.
