仕事内容

• Be a business partner, develop and implement HR strategy to assist the hotel achieve the goal
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department, includes talent acquisition, rewards, L&D, performance management and facilities management
• Involve in all business decision and provide guidance and support to leadership team
• Creates an environment of free communications and drives colleagues’ engagement
• Proactively alerts hotel management on potential employee relation issues and addresses them in a timely manner
• Demonstrate leadership competencies and values

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizing and strategic planning skills
• Well-versed with the local market and local labor laws and extensive experience in industrial relations
• 2 yrs experience in a similar role, international hotel group preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
