The Digital Media Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of ATL media communication, which covers but not limited to traditional and digital media. With the lead to develop overall media strategy, the role needs to drive brand saliency and engage with clients in different media touchpoints.Main Accountabilities:
  • Identify objective of each campaign and advise media strategy to deliver measurable KPIs
  • Coordinate with media agency to build media strategy and digital planning with accurate execution
  • Work closely with Product and PR functions to ensure brand saliency and product communication
  • Report on key campaign metrics, analyze and interpret trends and provide actionable insights based on available media and research data
  • Monitor and manage brand and product social media exposure on FB, IG and Forum, and paid KOLs.
  • Manage LINE OA to elevate brand saliency among aspirers and build the brand relationship via owned and paid media
  • Coordinate with CRM to integrate LINE OA with existing clients and prospects
  • Manage and analyses Google analytics and CRM data to improve digital media performance
  • Develop brand SEO and SEM strategy to ensure brand appearance on major searching engines
  • Monitor competitor’s activations and insights to conduct study report
  • Manage media budget and monthly expense to achieve budget control objectives and KPI for checking
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ media and digital marketing experience
  • Highly sensitive to cosmetic/Make-up market trend
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Responsible team player with good communication skills
  • Numerically intelligent with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
