• (Internal transfer preferred, offers a platform for growth, optimizing cross-product workflow)
• Personality: leadership, proactive, lead the team or task force to complete tough missions
• Scope: Digital SOC design/integration, includes
• Package, Floorplan, IOMUX, Test-mode design
• Clock/CTS/reset/mixed-mode/DFT architecture, design and verification
• RTL design and deliver SDC according to IP spec and requirement
• SOC/IP DCT/DCG/Fusion synthesis and implementation
• STA/CDC/CCD/TV/LEC/nLint/CLP tool and task handling
  
  

• Leadership experience about people/project management, good communication skill and well plan in advance.
• Excellent design flow knowledge and different product line experience (ex: smart phone/TV/AI/customer/ASIC)
• Familiar with logic design and digital IC design tool (Verilog/Perl/Tcl/Python)
• Experienced in design methodology and automation is a plus
• Experienced in SOC infrastructure/architecture is a plus
• Experienced in chip integration/IC tape-out, GDS out, mass production experience is a plus
• Experience with physical implementation is a plus
