Communicating on a regular basis and nurturing the relationship to meet or exceed our customer’s evolving needs and allow us to provide solutions for all of their physical and digital asset management requirements.
通過和客戶定期或不定期的溝通聯繫,以滿足並超越客戶不斷變化的需求,並使我們能夠為客戶的所有實體與數位資訊資產管理需求提供解決方案。
Responsibilities
1. To maintain business relationship with existing customers by contacting the customer on a regularly basis to improve customer service satisfaction.
與現有客戶定期聯繫並維護良好關係,以提升客戶服務滿意度
2. Contract archiving and contract renewal.
客戶續約協商、合約整理歸檔及管理
3. Interact with operation, sales, finance (contract process) departments for following up company procedure to enhance clients’ satisfaction.
與營運、業務及財務等部門溝通協調,遵從公司的相關流程,提升客戶滿意度
4. Professional and efficient answer customer questions, timely and efficient feedback and follow up customer service complaints
專業迅速的回覆客戶詢問,及時追蹤並回覆客戶服務投訴等
5. Support Sales team on government bidding and SFDC maintaining.
協助業務團隊標案資訊查詢、分析、投標文件準備與SFDC系統數據更新和維護
6. Accurately complete global/local reports,the supplier information form, annual audit report and other relevant reports.
準確提供內/外部報告,完成供應商資訊的建立,查核報告及其他相關報告或文件的填寫。
7. Identity new opportunities through relationship building and issue resolution
尋找新的商機,並轉給業務經理跟進
8. Administrative affairs such as petty cash management and office maintenance
行政工作,如:辦公室維護及零用金管理
9. Keep close reporting relationship with superiors and finish other assigned work.
與直屬經理保持緊密的聯繫並完成交代的工作
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, Proficient in English reading, writing, listening and speaking.
相關科系畢業並中等英文聽說讀寫,多益550分以上
2. Good at Microsoft Office.
熟悉Microsoft Office系統
3. Over two years customer services or sales work experience is preferred.
有二年以上客服或業務工作經驗者優先考慮
4. Must be a self-starter, and extremely motivated,effective to perform.
具備自我激勵能力及鍥而不舍的工作態度
5. Possess sophistication and poise to work with high-level contacts.
具備與客戶高層交流溝通的能力與技巧
6. Must possess excellent customer service skills, excellent organization and problem solving skills.
具備出色的客戶服務意識與能力及出眾的組織協調與解決問題的能力
7. Serious work attitude, rigorous and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility.
工作態度踏實認真,嚴謹負責,具有強烈的責任心
