JOB TITLE:

Corporate Development Associate

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES：

* Involve in transactions from end-to-end, including research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution.

* Involve in post-investment asset management.

* Help screen low to moderately complex business proposals using pre-defined filtering criteria. Extract pertinent data from feasibility studies as inputs to business planning.

* Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial and marketing viability of new ventures.

* Support the development of economic/financial models for moderately complex business ventures.

* Help assess 3rd party business plans for investment prioritization.

* Conduct document review for arbitration and investigatory matters.

* Conduct factual investigation to support long-run dispute matters.

* Assisting with claim assessment and other regulatory/compliance matters.

* Translation of legal and commercial documents.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal or other quantitative oriented field.

* Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in related sectors within the investment department of company, private equity, investment banking, financial services industry.

* Experience or knowledge of specific venturing activities such as commercialization, spin-offs or joint venturing is preferred.

* Resourceful, a keen analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling are essential.

* Solid and flawless English communication skills both verbally and writing. Good Mandarin communication will be a plus.

* Managing complex and dynamic workload, running multiple projects simultaneously.

* Advanced analytical and complex problem-solving skills.

* Proactive with can-do attitude, fast learner, detail oriented.

* Good Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills.

* Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
