仕事内容

The DuPont Co-Op (co-operative) Program is a collaboration between DuPont and universities with programs that allow students to alternate between periods of study and paid on-the-job training while working toward a degree. Through the program with in-depth exposure of the young talent to 1+ areas of the company, the high potential individuals and good long-term performers are identified and may be recommended for hiring and placed in assignments that meet career and business needs.

台灣杜邦校園育才實習計畫是杜邦企業與大學之間的育才計畫，讓學生在攻讀學位的同時，可以進行有給薪的在職培訓。

透過此計畫，參與實習的學生能夠深入了解公司各領域的運作，在實習過程中受到肯定的高潛力及長期表現良好的的優秀人才，後續可依公司及職務需求被推薦聘用。

• Project-based assignments that cover many aspects, like new systems implementation, data analysis, equipment upgrade and/or continuous improvement projects diversely on manufacturing processes, planning/scheduling, quality/metrology and more based on needs
• Total 6 months to 12 months (6 months at least) within 3 years
• Students should be able to commit to 1~3 work terms, which may include summer and semester rotations, and at different sites, operations and businesses during working periods
• Can be Project Lead to implement improvement or innovative ideas and actions in the area or cross-teams
  

Possible working location Dayuan/ Taoyuan/ Hsinchu site l/ Hsinchu site ll

工作敘述：

• 專案導向的工作任務指派包含許多面向，如新系統導入、資料分析、設備升級、與製程、生產計畫排程、品質/儀校或更多基於公司需求而成立的各類持續改善專案。
• 實習期間為三年內共6 ~ 12 個月 ( 至少為6個月 )。
• 學生必須能夠配合在1 ~ 3段實習期間 ( 其中可包含暑假或學期期間 )，於不同地點、事業部進行實習。
• 學生必須能夠具備擔任專案項目負責人的能力，負責在工作區域或跨部門導入改善或創新的想法與行動。
• 工作地點：竹科二廠 (苗栗縣竹南鎮科西二路6號)
• 預計第一階段實習期間 2023/7/1~2023/8/31
  

Qualificatioion

• Students with a major in Engineering background
• Candidate has to meet at least one of the three
• An overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 (PR 90) or higher on a 4.000 scale at their current university
• Special nomination by Professor
• Special Awards (shall be recognized by the Ministry of Education)
• Good command of MS office for data analysis and presentation
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese
• Good team player for cross-function teamwork
• Passionate in problem-solving, and quick and willing to learn new skills
• 主修為工程相關專業，
• 符合以下三點之一
• 在學成績平均積點 (GPA) 為 3.5 (PR 90)以上
• 具有教授推薦信
• 特殊得獎紀錄 (必須為教育部認可之獎項)
• 擅長使用MS office 進行資料分析及呈現
• 中、英文溝通流利
