They offer a diverse range of services and own the largest group of users (100k++) in Taiwan market! It has established a strong reputation for its commitment to excellence and top-notch user experiences.

With its user-friendly interface, my client has experienced remarkable growth and has become a leading player in the online platform industry for the last decade, not only in Taiwan but also on an international scale.

Job Description

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the founder and other key stakeholders to develop and execute the company’s strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and evaluate the company’s progress, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team and the board of directors.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency (e.g. operation process).

Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.

Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.

Financial Management: Work closely with the Finance Head to develop and manage the company’s budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures to drive profitability.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role (leading up to or over 100+ people), preferably as a COO/CEO or in a similar capacity, within a start-up or high-growth environment.

Operations Expertise: Strong operational knowledge across multiple functional areas, including operation, finance, HR, BD, marketing, and technology, with a track record of successfully implementing operational improvements.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, make sound decisions, and navigate complex challenges (experience leading director - manager - staffs is a strong plus).

Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and industry best practices, coupled with a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translate vision into actionable plans, and drive organizational change and growth.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment, being adaptable, resilient, and resourceful in overcoming obstacles and driving continuous improvement.
