Position

  • Propose in store and out of store event coordination and align with central team of company guideline
  • Arrange overall VIP Client Experience strategy, in-line with Louis Vuitton Taiwan business objectives
  • Support all VIP client events across the zone.
  • Execute the VIC Strategy, update, and manage VIC database and provide insights through analysis and share with regional teams on a regular basis.
  • Manage the overview of the top tier clients to monitor their growth and evaluate the success of various events & initiatives.
  • Create new, creative, client engagement concepts and oversee client attendance at various exceptional experiences such as high watches & jewelry events, fashion shows, and Savior Faire events.
  • Manage high end client by validating clients for shows, events, and VIP gifting initiatives while also providing on-site support for exceptional events.
  • Create timely recaps and share qualitative information about client background and experiences.
  • Client action budget control and monitor
  • Department Purchase Order management via SAP.
  • Consolidation monthly client action report to central Client Development team.
