Campaign Projects Associate / Marketing

仕事内容

• Analyze customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and prioritize campaign goals.
• Creatively brainstorm "big idea" to drive campaign buzz, awareness and attractiveness supported by customer data insights.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (online marketing, community, graphic design, commercial, ...etc.) to drive execution excellence of campaign ideas.
• Track performance throughout campaign, and agilely adjust to maximize target achievement.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking and project management skills.
• Experience and knowledge in marketing field.
• Experience in big scale campaign planning for leading companies is a plus.
