About The TeamYou will be responsible for Shopee Taiwan’s different projects, such as devising business strategies, spearheading initiatives, working with cross-functional (including regional) teams, and tracking progress, to ensure we can fulfill the needs of our customers.Job Description

• Analyze, monitor, and report users’ (including buyers and sellers) performance using operational metrics
• Diagnose the root causes and identify problem
• Design solutions, improvement plans, and initiatives tailored to each type of problems
• Drive from end to end the roll-out and adoption of initiatives, tools, features
• Communicate ideas and findings in a logical and structured manner to senior management

Requirements

• 1-2 year of experience in consulting/ project management, or in operation improvement related fields
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skill, can conduct data analysis through SQL and Excel
• Ability to structure presentation slides in logical and structured manner
• Communication with cross-functional teams and mid-to-senior management
• SQL, Excel, PPT knowledge is a must; TOEIC 800+ is preferred
