Business Development Associate/Manager

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about the future of digital assets. The role of a Business Development Manager will be to build relationships with new clients across the world, serving as the customer facing contact for BTSE Enterprise Solutions.

As an expert communicator, you will be proficient at planning and coordinating account activity, generating sales opportunities and reporting status of accounts on a regular basis to the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Prospecting for new opportunities using data and trends to identify potential new clients.
• Solving problems for clients by asking open ended questions that will allow you to gather critical data, propose solutions and deliver value.
• Illustrate the value of the BTSE ecosystem and not just be good at selling products.
• Search for opportunities to establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders in various industries.
• Finding new ways to bridge business goals, user needs and feasibility in designing and shipping a project.
• Working closely with the technical team to solve problems and create customized solutions for the client.

Requirements and Skills

Must to have:

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Native/fluent in English strongly preferred with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• At least 2 years work experience in a consulting firm or as a business development role with finance, fintech, SaaS companies or startups is preferred.
• Be able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
