Our client is looking for a Business Analyst in Taipei.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Software Requirements Specifications
• Elicit business requirements from business owners and users to ensure business requirements definition is completed by identifying key business drivers, critical success factors, functional and non-functional requirements, and constraints
• Understand and analyze business requirements so as to provide detail plans, gap analysis and/or possible alternative strategies to accomplish goals
• Document business requirements from business owners and users to ensure business requirements are properly captured, managed and protected thus ensuring continuity of domain knowledge within the organization
• Verify and validate business requirements with business owners and users, to ensure continual relevance and accuracy of business requirements by developing business test cases, constant communication and feedback
• Manage all customer driven communications (Account Management) to provide single point of contact for the customers
• Collaborate with implementation team to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
• Collaborate with Project Management Office to ensure timely delivery of products that meet business requirements and quality metrics
• Collaborate with Service Support Team to ensure IT Service Support meets business operational requirements

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in banking or online-gaming industry
• Strong knowledge of business modeling tools and techniques (e.g. UML, Use Cases, IEEE 12207, etc)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry
