  • Application and Service Management: Carries out day-to-day application management of the distribution operation applications, such as TA systems, Back End Load systems, MIS etc. Responsible for system stability and maintain relationship with business.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Gather requirements from business users.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of business users’ requirements and ensuring all aspects of business processes are evaluated.
    • Work with vendor to develop and propose best fit solutions to users. Prepare functional specification for sign off.
    • Plan respective milestones and ensure that deliverables are met within stipulated time-frames.
    • Monitor the progress of development and resolve any issues occurred.
    • Coordinate internal team to prepare testing environment.
    • Coordinate with vendor and provide UAT support.
    • Conduct users training; including preparation and consolidation of materials and resources.
    • Conduct go live preparation and production deployment.
    • Vendor Management: Liaise with & manage service/software vendors on daily operations and keep up-to-date of any new functions/features potentially beneficial to the business. Work with onshore/offshore team & be the 1st/ 2nd line support on production issues tracking; status report/log keeper; and incident management.
    • Project Management: Take full responsibility for planning and execution of the project. Communicating among different teams, coordinate issue and provide best fit solutions. Monitor and control resources, timeline, budget and manage expectations of all project stakeholders.
    • System Integration: Lead practical integration work under the technical direction of the system /service designer.
    • Risk Management: Investigates and reports on hazards and potential risk events.
    Requirements
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
    • 5+ years of solid SDLC, project management experience.
    • 5+ years of working experience as business analyst analysis / consulting.
    • 5+ years relevant experience, preferably with a financial institution, good understanding of asset management business is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and program solving skills
    • Can-do attitude, highly motivated and enjoys team work
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
    • Multitasking and proactive thinking.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
    • Fluent in English is a plus.
    • Proficient in MS SQL Server database(be able to scripting)
    • Knowledge in .NET Framework or Java programming
