Who is the Asurion (Soluto) Expert?

Soluto is a next generation, category redefining support experience, that is revolutionizing how customers utilize and get more out of their connected home / IoT / connected life. Our customer focused technical community is driven to simplifying people’s digital lives. Customers receive support on devices, applications and operating systems in the home, in the car, or wherever they need a friend, a technician, or a hero.

The Asurion Expert’s job is to answer customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. They handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.

As a Asurion Expert, here’s what you can expect to do:
  • 即時解決客人問題。
  • 關係維護:致電客戶進行關懷電話、記錄數據。
  • 自我能力提升:不同的裝置設備推陳出新,需要讓自己的資料庫擴大。
  • 行動裝置/智慧裝置保險相關諮詢。
  • 主管交辦事項。
