Associate III - Business Analysis

• Deal with shipments weekly
• Prepare, issue, and control production schedules and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure a controlled flow to meet production requirements.
• Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
• Compile and consolidate material reports and provide status for on hand, on order, shortages, and highlight any key issues to management.
• Drive commercial negotiation and organize production schedule with outsourced assembly suppliers
• Maintain Manufacturing execution system and update latest status.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities.
• Support Inventory Control functions, including coordinating sample shipments, maintaining inventory of engineering material including tracking.
  

• Planning experience, preferably in a fabless semiconductor environment.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Business administration or EE Bachelor’s Degree
