• Production:
• Update SAP data and download SAP data to make list table everyday on S driver for CSD and sales reference to feed back delivery date to customer.
• Check materials of process order about product/raw material stock situation by SAP system.
• According to the planner’s process release mail, print out and organize the document and scheduling cards and forward to the production supervisor.
• Production related document filing and management.
• Complete job/tasks in time which are assigned by manager or supervisor.
• Warehouse:
• Input and maintenance of SAP related data such as incoming goods acceptance, inventory management, production preparation, order shipping, etc.
• Check material for tolling and prepare related documents, labels.
• Contact the purchasing unit for purchase related matters.
• Ensure that external warehouse accounting is consistent with the SAP system. To balance the quantity of external warehouse and in-house inventory to meet the needs of production.
• University or above, with basic English reading is preferred.
• With experience of using SAP and computer operation with Excel, Word was preferred.
• Able to complete their own job independently and cooperate with overtime when necessary.
