Job SummaryUnder the company’s standard process and guiding principles, outbound team management operations are carried out, so that the warehouse orders are shipped to the client within the time limit, and the operation mode must comply with the relevant GxP regulations.General Responsibilities

• SAP inventory system operation.
• Investigation of abnormal handling of customer complaints.
• Use your own work skills and experience to ensure the quality of the middle shift; follow the operating regulations of SOP & GMP & GDP in the factory.
• To implement the education, training and development of the skills required by the operators in the department.
• There are no serious and moderate abnormalities (Critical & Major) in the annual external audit.
• Cross-departmental communication and coordination; integrate and support the daily operations of the outbound team and seek effective simplification.
• In the early stage, the shift will be from 13:00-21:30, and the working hours will be adjusted after they are familiar with the operation process.
• We have 2 working locations: (1)高上倉:楊梅區高上路一段150號 (2)龍潭倉:楊梅區梅獅路二段629號。

• Warehouse management process formulation and management.
• Storage system maintenance and management.
• Inventory Management Planning Jobs.
• Calm, proactive personality traits, able to grow through setbacks, and have the desire to succeed.
• Have work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility, and are willing to learn the necessary skills from the middle class to become an SCM supervisor.
• Possess leadership and control ability and treat subordinates in accordance with the principle of fairness.
