Title: AR/AP Accountant

Reporting to: Finance Director

Location: Taipei City

My client is a multinational B2B Software Corporation enjoying the year-on-year growth in the past decade. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are now seeking multiple AR/AP Accountants to join their Accounting team. These are newly created positions and opportunity to be a part of the company’s exciting development stage.

Responsibilities

• Report AR transactions and close daily AR report and monthly sales records.
• Prepare monthly documentation files.
• Monitor monthly revenue transactions.
• Issue invoice and receipt to the clients, alert clients regarding new information, upcoming payments and late payments.
• Check and verify client payment statements.
• Be Open for training and development to prepare to take on more advance accounting tasks.
  

Desired Profile

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from a reputable university
• At least 3 years of experience in AR/AP
• Experience within Software industry will be highly appreciated
• Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
