DescriptionThe Role:Logitech is reimagining its future ways of working. The APJ Workplace Experience Lead will prepare leaders & employees for hybrid work. You will oversee the Asia Pacific region including all areas of stakeholder relationship management, hospitality strategy, hybrid & remote work transformation, real estate, facility management, health & wellness, security & safety, business continuity & resiliency & data management for our leading edge digital analytics platform.We’re looking for a highly collaborative & stakeholder centric leader. While the fundamentals of corporate real estate & workplace underpin the importance of this role, what we’re truly looking for is a curiosity to uncover & solve for stakeholder pain points, as well as a passion for empathy driven change management.This role reports to the VP, Workplace Experience located in the United States. This hybrid role requires four (4) days onsite, though there could be a mix of no less than three (3) days in the Hsinchu office & one (1) day in the Taipei office.   • Stakeholders: Manage stakeholder expectations, effectively communicating & collaborating with a variety of cross-functional teams. Understand the unique needs of each Business Group & country within APJ. Balance consistent workplace strategies with business needs & our culture.
  • Change Management: Serve as the principal change agent to drive workplace transformation & the adoption of new ways of working in close collaboration with People & Culture.
  • Hospitality: Design & deliver a hospitality driven workplace experience program.
  • Events: Collaborate with site ambassadors to deliver a regional events program for onsite & offsite events & experiences.
  • Special Projects: Lead special projects & initiatives that evolve our thinking & lead to innovation.
  • Workplace Leadership Team (WLT): Actively participate in the WLT in conjunction with other regional leads to optimize operations.
  • Hsinchu Site Leadership Team: Influence change & operational excellence as a member of the local Hsinchu Site Leadership Team.
Workplace Management
  • Real Estate Portfolio: Lead Portfolio Strategy, Transaction Negotiations (direct & flex), Project Management, Lease Administration, Occupancy Planning & all the metrics, reports & insights that enable effective decision making.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases for regional & site requests, including financial analysis & other business frameworks.
  • Onsite Services: Manage the delivery of on-site services, including facility management, physical security, & health & safety programs.
  • Optimization: Deliver optimized workplace services, balancing cost & expectations from the business to create a dynamic & flexible workspace.
  • Budget: Manage regional capital & operating budgets, setting annual goals for generating savings &/or improvements in areas such as energy, cost of maintenance operations & operational risk management.
  • Third Party Providers: Engage with third party vendors, including procurement, contracts administration & management.
Team Management
  • Org Development: Develop the existing workplace experience organization with the capabilities, skills & behaviors needed to deliver on strategic goals
  • One Team: Develop & foster strong, productive working relationships with peers, cross-functional partners & stakeholders to ensure WPE delivers as one integrated team
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Manage, empower & coach direct reports & others in the organization to support professional growth & career progression within Logitech’s high performance culture

Key QualificationsFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills & behaviors to our team:

  • Well seasoned in contract management & purchasing
  • 2-3 years of workplace management experience & exposure to corporate real estate processes
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin. Any additional language is a plus
Education
  • Completed degree education in Hospitality, Business or Facility Management
