[Overview]

The E&I continuous improvement organization has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Program Manager – Business Learning leader. The location for this position can be flexible within Mainland China or Taiwan. A successful candidate will co-lead the development of professionals throughout the E&I organization with a focus on engineers and scientists, including training in six sigma, lean, and project management methodologies. The learning leader will also work with the corporate Learning and Development Council to improve learning and development processes across the company. In addition to training and educational responsibilities, the candidate will become an expert in the implementation of DuPont’s learning management system and will work with operation sites to improve the training processes. As assigned, the candidate may lead or participate in continuous improvement projects. This role reports to the AP Regional Continuous Improvement Leader.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Delivering training both virtually and in person in multiple disciplines.
• Developing and improving curricula for professional development
• Integrating professional development programs between the corporate initiatives and E&I initiatives.
• Mentor and coach six sigma green belt project leader candidates to enable certification of these candidates.
• Participate in the Supply Chain Continuous Improvement community to help capture new development requirements.
• Lead or participate in business supply chain improvement projects within the Electronics and Industrial organization
• Coordination and administration of courses and classes in the learning management system.
• Working with other functions within E&I and the corporation to introduce newer learning technologies to improve the learners’ experience.
  

[Qualifications]

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; prefer in Business, Operations management or Engineering, with demonstrated expertise in Lean and Six Sigma implementation.
• Minimum of 5 years leading continuous improvement projects in both operational and transactional environments.
• Experience with adult education theory and practice
• Certified as a six sigma green belt. Black belt or Master black belt certification preferred.
• Experience with implementing lean processes within an operational environment.
• Proficient in statistical analysis techniques. Preference for experience with JMP® statistical analysis software.
• Speaks English fluently.
