Responsibilities工作职责

• Assist Financial Controller in the management of the Finance Department, job planning for staffs and works closely with other departmental staffs at all levels.
• 协助财务总监管理财务人员 , 做好工作计划 , 並配合各部门同事的工作
• Supervise and coach accounting team to prepare accurate accounting books and financial reports according to Corporate / Local rules and regulations.
• 组织管理财务部门团队，以确保相关的财务账务及财务报告符合公司会计政策及集团规定；
• In charge for the month-end closing procedure and process for EXFO Taiwan.
• 负责爱斯福台湾的财务月结；
• Prepare Account Payable and process payment approval on E-bank
• 处理应付账款并审批银行付款
• Prepare Payroll calculation and payment of EXFO Taiwan
• 处理爱斯福台湾员工工资计算和发放
• Supervise the Accountant staff on daily jobs of Bank, expenses recording, inventory and Assets control.
• 管理财务部的日常工作
• Co-ordinate with local auditors and complete statutory audit as per requirements in Taiwan
• 协调组织爱斯福台湾审计
• Tax files and other necessary filings and give advice on tax planning.
• 所有税务的清缴和其他必要税务事务并提出纳税筹划的建议事务
• Control of Accounts Receivable and intercompany receivable.
• 定期审核应收账款和往来应收款
• Statistics on employee leave and application for Foreigner Work Permit and Alien Resident Certificate(ARC)
• 统计员工假期和申请外籍员工的工作签证和居留证
• Assist India HR for the new staff’s recruiting and relate HR matters.
• 协助印度 HR 部门的新员工招聘和相关事务
• Renew EXFO Taiwan’s company business license and other necessary documents annually
• 爱斯福台湾公司的商业登记证照更新
• Perform other duties as the Company may authorize or assign from time to time
• 执行上级交办的其它任务

What We’re Looking For职位要求Technical Skills专业技能Familiar with ERP accounting systems (E-count system), Microsoft office etc.熟悉ERP系统(E-count系统)，熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件Required Aptitudes必备能力Accounting knowledge财务会计等专业知识Must have基本条件Pertinent Experience相关经验 ： With 10 years of experience in the accounting field, half of which at supervisory level and andwith a foreign invested company would be a plus.

10 年的相关财务经验 , 其中一半时间有管理员工经验且外资企业优先。

Language Requirements

语言要求： Good at communication in English (read, write and speak)

具有流利的英文沟通能力，能听说读写。

Education

学历要求： Degree in Accounting or Economic would be preferred

具备会计学或相关财会专业学历优先。

Any Other Combination Of Experience/studies Will Be Considered.
