2013 年末に設立された NextDrive（聯斉科技）は、IoT とエネルギー技術を融合させ、エネルギーマネジメント デバイスの開発からアプリ、クラウド プラットフォーム、システム保守にいたるまで、次世代 IoE（Internet of Energy）サービスをワンストップでお客様に提供します。現在では、台湾台北、新竹と日本東京3拠点の営業所があり、今後東南アジアなどの国に展開する予定もあります。

【仕事内容】

Prepare financial reports, maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, monthly closing, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required

Key duties and responsibilities:

1. Process daily accounting transaction including AP、INV 、GL accounting

2 Prepare related documents for tax (including tax reconciliations) and financial audit

3. Prepares month end closing reports in accordance within specific deadlines.

4. Collaborate in the preparation of monthly financial reports

5. Inventory cost analysis and purchase/sale/deposit account operations

6. Assist with tax audits and tax returns

7. Prepare GL account analysis and breakdown

8. Filing and storage of accounting vouchers

9. Assist Budget Preparation and Internal Control Deployment

10. All other ad-hoc matters

■

At least 5 years of related work experience

－ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

－ Major in Accounting or related field (having whole finance-related experience like consolidated statement (including rearranging from JGAAP to IFRS), financial statement preparation and tax return etc)

－ Knowledge of accounting and local statutory tax (corporate income tax, withholding tax and VAT)

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Oracle / SAP

－ Well interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal)

－ Independent, trustworthy, stress resistant, and able to multi-task

－ Self-motivated and team player

－ Fluency in Japanese & English (speak, read, write), Chinese is plus.
