Execution and Transactions Processing

Ø Receive orders and instructions directly from clients

Ø For certain products types, quote prices to clients

Ø Ensure pre-trade due diligence checks

Ø Ensure orders are properly executed and proceeded including but not limited to proper voicelog, suitability & credit limit check

Ø Capture executed deals in systems by cut-off time

Ø Ensure accuracy of capture to avoid incidents and dealing errors

Client Marketing Support

Ø Appropriate understanding of client portfolio, background and investment needs

Ø Coordinate and follow-up with invitees for marketing events organized by BNP Paribas (“the Bank”)

Ø Organize clients meetings with RMs

Ø Prepare documentations for client portfolio reviews and valuations

Ø Assist RMs to prepare meeting and presentation materials

Change Management Support

Ø Provide feedback to relevant parties to meet front office needs

Ø Ensure RMs are informed on a need-to-know basis of any changes impacting the work processes

Ø Back up other MAs
