Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. · Role Purpose:

To build a market leading, customer centric proposition by aligning with Group/Regional/TWN WPB strategies, formulating and launching differentiating local initiatives base on proper researches/surveys to enhance our proposition mixes. Explore new opportunities to grow the Bank’s customer base and provide best-in-class customer experience

· Job Content :

1. Analyze, Plan and execute initiatives/projects to build a superior customer proposition and contribute to the bank’s customer growth objectives.

- Work closely with Product teams, Channel and Analytics, to grow Premier base, enhance retention and increase customer WEM engagement.

- Analyze information gathered to develop strategies that increase the customer base and our share of wallet, improve retention and grow market share.

- Assist to implement Group/Regional initiatives and draft local action plans to fulfill these standards; file dispensations accordingly if the standard cannot be met due to local regulations.

- Identify local customer needs through marketing researches and surveys jointly with Marketing; develop local strategies with superior products and services to meet customer needs.

- Control the project progress to ensure a timely launch of the products/services; work with all stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and remedial actions.

2. Ensure the customer voice is at the heart of the proposition whilst delivering group strategy.

- Analyze customer data and insight across propositions, products and segments, aiming to identify opportunities to grow and retain customer value.

- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

- Develop and manage a seamless and tightly managed customer journey, from acquisition, relationship building/retention, and anti-attrition.

3. Explore new ideas and re-engineer delivering processes to build the best model and customer experience

4. Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occuring
