Key Accountabilities

  • Plans, develops, and directs implementation of programs for KEY CUSTOMERS. Responsible for KA and marketing activities to maximize account objectives. Establishes performance metrics and tracks results.
  • Monitors market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ actions in the region.
  • Acts as liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of business strategies, key initiatives, learning, and filling key information gaps.
  • Establish sales strategies, sales plans, and targets.
  • Lead the sales team to meet the company goals
  • Coach & Train the sales team to enhance their selling skills.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, etc. and provide insights to internal teams.
  • Manage the trade promotion spending within budget and contribute more cost savings by effective promotion design. Understand and actively utilize company marketing initiatives/incentives to close business.
  • Others
  • Communicate the company policy compliance requirement to external customers;
  • Guide customers to handle product-related complaints;
  • Promptly report and escalate all complaints to the related Complaint Handling Unit as per company procedural requirements;
  • Ensure the distributor activities meet contractual commitment with JJV;
  • Implement product field action as per instruction from the company.
  • On-time completion of training courses assigned;
  • Execute the company procedures;
  • Report significant quality events and product complaints according to related company policy and procedure.
  • Ensure staff have the competency, knowledge, and skills to perform their job by attending all the assigned training programs;
  • Ensure all procedures are followed

REQUIREMENTS

  • University educated in business or related disciplines.
  • At least 10~15 years of sales, trade marketing, and category management experience with a proven track record in a multi-national company.
  • 5 ~7 years of people management experience is required.
  • Insights driven with a strong understanding of customers’ needs.
  • Good Big Picture Orientation with attention to details
  • Innovative, Business Excellence, and results-oriented.
  • Expertise in sales force effectiveness tools
  • Good business management knowledge and skills
  • Passionate, committed, initiative, and follow-through capability to deliver results.
  • Fluent in English
  • Good influencing skills to lead and deliver results through teamwork
  • Strategic thinking in terms of business orientation and customer insights
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; Can work under pressure
