Supermicro Taiwan is seeking Software Design Engineers for their Zhonghe（中和）/TaoYuan Bade （桃園八德）office.

The web frontend UI/UX design for Super Cloud Composer/ Management software /Cloud Management.

• Clearly articulate the web/app design vision and then collaborate closely with product owners and team members to ideate new products and features.

• Conceptualize requirements and ideas; compile and illustrate design artifacts (personas, storyboards,functional maps, user flows, wireframes, Mockups, prototypes, annotated design documents and spec).

• Understand user-centered design considerations. Iterate on designs rapidly, based on feedback from users and stakeholders.

• Work across projects and design interaction framework that applies consistent patterns across a variety of use cases. Work within existing style guidelines and create a consistent look that aligns with company brand.

• Communicate design intent to PM and engineering, testing partners. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure creative styles are within technical constraints.

• Follow-up with engineers and scrum to iterate the product

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of full-time experience as a UI/UX designer with the strong portfolio in web or app.

• Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as wire-framing tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, ideally have experience working on Adobe XD, Hands-on experience creating user flows, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc.

• Deep understanding of responsive design, RWD first.

• Understand the brief with logical and work with details to deliver the right and clear designs

• Real passion for our craft: design, creativity, technology; Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

• Strong verbal, written, visual communication and presentation skills in English.

• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.

• Have server domain knowledge is better.

• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
