• Create project plans with relevant team members.
• Supervise team members and ensure ODM follows project milestones.
• Maintain the project budget.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
• Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimal 6~8 years of working experience in in project management environment of hardware development in the telecommunication, industrial server, or surveillance video system fields
• Understand electronic product launch processes (phases of Definition, Development, System test, Launch and Volume Production) and project management methodology (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling & Monitoring and Closing processes)
• Using proper project tools to create and manage project schedule and budget, and track project results
• Be organized to prioritize work for the project team and demonstrated experience of coordinating and directing project teams
• Be a leader to be able to inspire the confidence of stakeholders and sponsors in the event the budget or timeline needs to be recalibrated or additional resources are needed to complete the project
