Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Traffic Administration Teams are responsible for the coordination and consolidation of domestic and international systems to support shipments. They ensure lowest cost transportation is used by analyzing company and customer needs, researching transportation methods, and auditing carrier costs and performance. They also interpret laws, rules, and regulations regarding shipping and prepares applications for import/export control certifications and licenses.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Execute and coordinate delivery arrangement request (DAR) and creation, import and export process, duty and freight, HS code classification, Foreign trade compliance, and abnormal case management with the objective of integrity and efficiency in organizing/ innovative workflow, carefulness in the document, process and result accuracy, fast, flexible and agile coordination and communication to handle DAR and urgent shipping cases, driving for the root cause, corrective actions and cost saving, best functional & technical knowledge to do the job within customer request, TE Taiwan DC procedure, workflow process and TE Global Logistics regulation, guidelines, foreign trade compliance and target performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute urgent import process to meet customer requests.
  • Reconcile among AWB/B/L, invoice, and packing lists
  • System reconciliation between import documents and official declared documents
  • Take timely control for control for timely clearance and inbound goods delivery
  • Execute weekly flight consolidation.
  • Create a mapping template by bidding rate and lanes.
  • Process system mapping to check forwarder’s billing request.
  • On-time payment control by global contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in business or Logistics or related field.
  • At least 3 years related working experience.
Work proficiency in English.

  • Effective cope with change, carefulness in accuracy, functional & technical knowledge & skill to do the job.
