• Co-Work with key account/chain sales manager / marketing team to maximize trade execution to achieve brand target & maximize brand awareness.
• Collect and analyze consumer & market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
• Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
• Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (MKT, sales, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines.
• Develop annual brand trade marketing added value proposal with Club Contract Campaign Plus Tailor-made Programs for Key Accounts / Big Chains.
• Understand Key Accounts / Big Chains real needs and satisfy with Added-Value Solutions under annual trade marketing annual plan implement.
• Focus on developing excellent brand “Touch Points” : Salon relations + Consumer relations & Maximize Partner Salon Image
• Build up Systematic Analysis TOOL to develop ROI analysis of annual trade marketing projects result.
• Individually Tasks (Time in %)
• Plan & Execute Club contract campaign （30%）
• Product category-based trade campaign including digital platform & PR event（40%）
• Tailor made Programs for Key accounts & Big Cains（20%）
• Follow up analysis（10%）
  
  

YOUR SKILLS

• College and above
• Business related field is a plus
• FMCG & B2B business is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Flexible thinking, creative but also care about details
• High standard and self motivated.
