About Our Client

My client is a leading software/e-commerce company that offer their goods and services to over 150 countries and regions worldwide. With successful expansion plan for the past decade, now has over 10 regional offices operate efficiently in APAC area.

Job Description

  • Provide strategic direction to the design and development of Total Reward in APAC area
  • Analyse market data to ensure the Total Rewards programs remain competitive and attractive to employees
  • Lead the implementation of policies, procedures and systems to support the growth of overseas expansion and delivery of People Management and Development strategies
  • Work closely with HRBPs and BU leaders
  • Ensure all the global rolling out projects delivered to country level efficiently and equip HRBP and country HR during and after implementation
The Successful Applicant

  • 8 years working experience with solid C&B skills across APAC region
  • Expert knowledge of labour legislation, market best practice and policies
  • Strong analytically thinking with good numerical sense
  • Experience developing and implementing Total Reward programs for MNC is a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge in full function HR
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
