Testing Supervisor (Textile)

• Lead a team in testing deparment and develop testing protocol templates for specific materials and products based on testing manuals and brand requirements.
• Review product line and provide technical advice, risk assessment or corrective/preventive suggestion to enhance the product quality.
• Collaborate and partner with quality team on testing materials and products with quality issues.
• Review tested samples and provide technical advice to quality management, sourcing and GMS team.
• Work with the brands, sourcing, GMS and quality team to establish or update performance testing manual and procedures; And ensure the procedures are implemented along the production process.
• Support and provide technical advice, risk assessment and corrective / preventive suggestions in product line review.
• Work with 3rd party lab to implement testing process and manage contingent workers
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, sourcing and GMS team with regards to technical enquiries

• Strong communication skill
• Solid testing experience in textile industry
• Experience in leadership
