What this job involves

• Perform operation and maintenance at location office& factory facilities
• Facilities systems include clean rooms, air conditioning, electricity, water supply and drainage, process cooling water, exhaust air, high-pressure air, nitrogen, fire protection, etc.
• Patrol of factory facilities; daily maintenance work and abnormal handling; fault improvement and troubleshooting
• Supervision and management of factory environment cleaning and disinfection work
• Perform inspection of snacks and drinks supply in the pantry
• Execute industrial safety and health management
• Facilities repairs and general affairs work
• Management Facilities operation procedure and records Include making briefing data analysis
• Monitoring and simple troubleshooting of SCADA systems
• Preventive improvement countermeasure capabilities for factory facility maintenance
• Assist in plant engineering improvement and construction project support
• Integrated management of factory supply/construction supplier search and quotation
• Progress control and interface coordination of factory repair or equipment replacement projects
• Work items assigned by the factory manager
• General affairs work such as reception

Required

Desired experience and technical skills

• Office computer document software processing ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Friendly working attitude, responsibility, and patience.
• Babic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Junior college or above graduated from science and engineering related subjects
  
  

Preferred

• Have working experience in Facilities department
• Junior college or university graduates without work experience is allowed
