Job Description:

• Issues tracking and related statistics & analysis
• Assist making meeting minutes, report and related updates.
• EC(Engineering Change) and AIR tickets creation, follow up collection and tracking result.
• Follow guidance to do module upgrade, rework and documents creation.
• Support materials shipment, production Plan, materials BOM structure and upload drawing.
• Make the project carry out smoothly through cross-departmental communication and coordination.
• Manage project progress and report externally. (Tainan/Netherlands/San Jose)
• Assist in the importation of new machine project and manage production machines related project.
• English ability (communication, coordination, meeting minutes, reply ability)
• Proto/Pilot/Regular meeting and host/collect relevant information/report, then follow up.
• Document processing capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and so on)
• IPC or Server and computer structure related knowledge.
