The Role:

We’re looking for Technical Program Managers to join our growing team to work with our Engineering and Product teams, to lead the software engineering projects across a range of financial services products.

You’ll be working closely with cross-functional EMQ teams to determine the critical requirements of the data and technical design, as well as influencing the build, test, deploy and maintain processes for the product.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Manage technology program delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Work with development teams to define, document, and communicate milestones towards product initiatives
• Translate business requirements into user and system flows; and define expected outputs and system acceptance criteria to ensure the development meet the business requirements
• Review and guide teams on technical design practises
• Communicate and manage priorities for technical teams
• Demonstrate high EQ in your interactions with stakeholders across the business and customer landscape
• Be an effective & proactive communicator in both written and spoken English (and Mandarin ideal but not required)

• A degree in Computer Systems or equivalent work experience in a technical role
• 4+ years of working experience in a software/technology company or team
• Prior experience in financial services and/or related areas highly regarded
• Experience working in cross-cultural organizations and working across multiple time zones
• Excellent organization skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
