The Role

We’re seeking to bring in a Campus Recruiter who would be the key enabler for this growth in the Asia Pacific region.

The candidate would be the key conduit to identify the right talent by applying effective recruitment methodologies and aligning hiring decisions with organizational goals. You will also be providing input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met with a long-term talent strategy in mind.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for attracting good calibre candidates through creative employer branding and effective screening of candidates.
  • Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process – arrange for interviews, conduct interviews and communicate candidate status.
  • Identify new channels for campus recruitment.
  • Manage summer intern programs including onboarding, training, placements, events, performance management and offers
  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment process, from job posting to offer/onboarding.
  • Manage campus recruitment events and related logistics.
  • Manage queries from candidates via phone, email or through social media.
  • Update hiring matrix and status reports on a regular basis.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key hiring managers to understand talent needs within the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in HR / Business Administration / Communications / Social Sciences / Humanities
  • Min. 1 to 2 years of working experience / Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources and Campus Recruitment.
  • Results-oriented – works through defined goals, metrics and actionable plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Communication - ability to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings and styles and strong influence, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Accountability - assumes ownership for achieving results and collective goals.
  • Teamwork - acts as a catalyst for formulating a collaborative environment to achieve a common purpose across cross functional teams
  • Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
