Job Duties

• Responsible for the execution of predefined automation test procedures for system/validation-level engineering problem analysis for computer hardware systems. Common tasks will include defining test specifications and use cases for system requirements and performing testing to make sure requirements are implemented correctly. Work on validation test plans, timing, and reports. The ideal candidate would have strong computer hardware experience, software, system, and functional testing, as well as some degree of hardware and software design experience.

• Document test results with accuracy and quality, to be ready for submission.

Qualifications

• Strong software skill in Python & C programming.

• Experience in hardware debugging.

• Familiarity with computer architecture, memory hierarchies and system boot.

• Experience in writing code, developing tests and SOC silicon validation is a huge plus.

• Good verbal and written communication skills. (Mandarin and English)

• Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheets, and word processing. (e.g. Google Sheet, Google Doc, GMail, etc.)

• Can work independently (e.g. create test plan, schedule test, manage tasks to complete on time, etc.)

• Working location: hybrid currently (WFH + Banqiao office), location may adjust to Xindian per Google’s request
