Job Purpose
Reporting to the Sales Director Taiwan, Semiconductor Solutions, the candidate will be responsible for driving the development and growth for MacDermid Alpha’s Semiconductor Solutions business at specific (key) accounts. The candidate effortlessly manages stakeholders across the organization and can work with and mobilizes others in the execution of the plans. A role model global (key) account manager that creates and provides structure and who feels responsible to work with, mentor, guide and support other sales and account managers in the organization to be successful.
Job Responsibilities
- Takes the lead in the strategic account planning process for assigned global (key) accounts with performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for multiple years using (strategic) key account plans
- Meets year-over-year assigned revenue and margin targets for profitable sales volume growth and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel and management (Up to C-level) in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Leads solution development and value creation efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Takes personal responsibility for senior level customer communication including key negotiations and contracts.
- Encourages global collaboration between team members, adjacent departments, and business units
- Is an example for others, continuously displays role model account management skills and behaviors in detail and execution e.g. negotiation, customer engagement, expectation management.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Relevant industry

- A proven B2B enterprise sales leader with at least 10+ years of semiconductor related industry and domain experience of which 5+ years of commercial experience at a chemical materials supplier (plating solutions, packaging materials) in sales or sales management and preferably (Key) account management across the region and globe.
- Have an established network and relationships in the industry and at top semiconductor companies in Taiwan. Positive assertive with exceptional relationship and networking skills, executive presence and politically savvy to expand relationships to upper and senior-level management within our customers
- Strong business acumen with excellent global account management, organization, stakeholder- and management skills and the ability to mobilize and motivate others including indirect team members
- You must have a successful track record of selling in a solution-oriented, products and services, long-term contract model. You must be able to prove that you have consistently exceeded sales goals in major/strategic account management roles where account strategies, values selling, contract and pricing negotiation are critical to success.
- Excellent in English , to motivate customers, staff, and executives inside and outside the organization, through letters, presentations, and project updates and proposals.Willing to travel up to 50%.
- Proven experience using the following Sales Methodologies is a major plus: RADAR from The Complex Sale, Strategic Selling, Target Account Selling, SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, etc
