Sr. Test Sustaining Engineer

Job Purpose:

Works closely with a Taiwan Circuit probing (CP) subcontractor/s by ensuring the manufacturing activities meet the manufacturing and test goals of Navitas. This person troubleshoots testing issues and will be introducing a number of test solutions for mass production. He/she will ensure that the test system is working right per Navitas requirement, and not having any testing-related issues (contacts, tester function, visual rejects, etc). Also, the test process and procedures which include meeting not only product electrical specification but also visual quality are set formally and being implemented by the vendor to ensure quality and smooth manufacturing flow. He/she will do the first level analysis on test yields and provide the right response to the vendor and to the product engineer, who may do a more in-depth analysis as required. He will also ensure that the subcon has enough hardware and supplies for testing Navitas products.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Expertise:

• Knows how to troubleshoot tester, handler/Prober issues.
• Knows how to set up new test solutions for CP multi-sites testing.
• Can manage, lead and motivate the subcon to meet Navitas operational goals.
• Must know how to balance manufacturing/scheduling demands and technical requirements of the job.

Experience Required:

• Have worked in Semiconductor CP as Test Engineer for a total of at least 5 years. Product engineering experience is desired.

• Preferably had experience in sustaining test operations.
• Must be an Engineering graduate, preferably Electrical or Industrial.
