Together, let’s create the extraordinary!To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Sr. Specialist, PM located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.Reporting to the PM Manager, the Sr. Specialist, PM role involves responsibilities to execute program from project kick-off, development to stable production.What a typical day looks like:

• Execution = Quality, Cost, Delivery to Schedule. Time to Market
• Leads Core Team – Connects all the functions from Design, NPI, Supply Chain to Operations and business team.
• Leads Customer Interactions.
• Owns Flex Product Life Cycle process, leads BD Reviews and Internal Program Reviews.
• Responsible for new product implementation and ensure meeting customer and Flex expectation.
• Ensure that product schedules are followed during its development.
• Work closely with other department from Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Planning and others to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Make project cost estimates including the resources, capital and other requirements to make the project successful.
• Conduct meetings with supply chain organization to improve the material readiness for NPI.
• Offer the best solution that will cater the needs of the customer while ensuring the company will be productive and can gain cost benefit in the process.
• Coordinate with the customers regarding new product specifications and requirements.
• Business travel will be required.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 5 years minimum experience in Program management
• Excellent communicator (internal groups and with customers)
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong leadership skills – manage without direct authority.
• Knows when and how to escalate
• PREFERRED Qualifications (nice to have skills): Design or manufacturing of EV Charger
