Job Responsibilities

• Data mining/analysis, and failure investigation for LOH
• Managing daily wafer sort and Final Test operations of sub-con test house and engineering data collection.
• Interface and effectively coordinate with suppliers to resolve Production and Quality issues
• Defines Wafer Sort test program flows, test conditions and program checkout support for production releases
• Support production assessment and NPI data collection.
• Assist to drives down product costs and improve productivity through automation and aggregation strategies
• Support cross-functional teams to resolve product and production problems, cost saving and improve product manufacturability
  

Minimum Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with preferred 5~10 years relevant experience.
• Experience in a Semiconductor Production/Testing environment related with WS and FT Product Engineering.
• Ability to reporting and communicate clearly both verbally and writing in English.
• Knowledge in following disciplines is an added advantage; Wafer Sort /Final Test program coding, debugging, production problem solving.
