We are actively seeking a talented individual to join our team and lead the charge in shaping and maintaining a powerful employer brand across diverse marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of our employer branding strategy, collaborating seamlessly with communications, talent acquisition, and marketing teams to position our company as an employer of choice.
• Engaging Content Creation: Craft captivating career content for recruiting-related profiles and platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message.
• Cultural Inclusivity: Collaborate with our HR team to implement culturally thoughtful and inclusive programs that resonate with our diverse workforce.
• Digital Presence: Drive our digital presence by executing social branding content on key platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium, and Instagram.
• Event Management: Take charge of end-to-end event coordination, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

• Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in employer branding or digital media, showcasing a track record of success in creating impactful employer brands.
• Social Savvy: Enthusiastic about social media trends, demonstrating a keen understanding of audience segments.
• Digital Proficiency: Proven ability to manage blogs, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Analytical Creativity: Bring a results-oriented marketing mindset with a perfect blend of analytical rigor and creative flair.
• Exceptional Communication: Superior communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of delivering clear, persuasive, and inspiring messages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Event Planning: Previous experience in campus event planning is a definite plus, showcasing your ability to create engaging and memorable experiences.
• Industry Insight: Strong insight into the crypto or blockchain markets is preferred, indicating your awareness of emerging trends in the industry.
