Job Responsibilities:

• The solutions project manager provides plan & and design, recommendations to partners & and customers Server products by verticals
• Leadership in cross-functions / cross-partners to implement project management including model sourcing, budget, schedule, quality, and so on.
• Ensure all applicable processes, procedures, and policies are supported, documented, well communicated
• Take up a proactive approach to identify risks to ensure project success and create and maintain a project risk tracker
• Works closely with the ADLINK sales team to support sales opportunities by engaging and leveraging key partners in the sales cycle.

Requirements:

• Have experience with Server products/industry,
• Vertical-oriented Business development experience is a plus.
• Professionally written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong teamwork, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated to learn new technologies and participate in new market trends, and the ability to work under a fast cadence.
