About The Job

As a Solutions Consultant, you will bridge the technical and business worlds as you design scalable systems and integration solutions for our business teams. You will actively engage with cross-functional teams and work closely with strategic partners to shape the successes of our products.

You will be responsible for support and delivery of solutions in the Partner Collaboration and Product Operations areas which are required to scale our growing Devices and Services business and include integrations with internal systems and other SaaS applications. You will be involved in business requirement gathering, systems work, supporting existing applications, and program and stakeholder management.

You’ll have an ability to solve complex problems and build scalable solutions, to learn Google’s infrastructure, and to gain a deep understanding of our evolving business model. You can expertly assess operational workflows and application feature development to support the goals of that workflow. You will also have an understanding of procurement, partner collaboration, and product operation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support existing collaboration and product operations solutions.
• Partner with the business to define comprehensive business requirements, making the business case for applications or features that support operations.
• Support existing collaboration and product operations solutions. Participate in large systems programs and be accountable for execution and delivery of specific tasks on these programs, with minimal supervision.
• Partner with internal engineering teams in development and testing of systems solutions and coordination with third-party software providers.
• Facilitate broad collaboration with clear communication and documentation.
