We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Taipei headquarters and lead our efforts in building strategic partnerships with solution partners to drive the adoption of our smart workplace solutions across the EMEA and APAC regions. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly on innovative workplace digital transformation projects with high-profile clients.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to build up our solution partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be based in our Taipei headquarters and will be responsible for recruiting and nurturing relationships with solutionpartners who add value to our enterprise-grade smart workplace IoT devices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the success of our software partner ecosystem across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Recruitment: Identify and recruit solutionpartners that align with our product strategy and objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with solutionpartners, understanding their unique needs and collaborating to achieve mutual success.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue through integrated offerings with solutionpartners.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment and support for solutionpartner initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to update senior management on the progress of solutionpartner sales efforts.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget with solution partner integration, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a focus on solution partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-grade smart workplace IoT devices and their role in digital transformation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, strategic partnerships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
